Production Schedule Process 

To ensure realistic production time frame, on how and when a custom wine cellar gets onto DWC production slot, the process is outlined below:

·       A 50% Deposit (based upon the desired design and quote) with a Purchase Order (some hard copy confirmation) will secure a production slot. 

·       DWC will generate a Sign-Off for final dimensions and approval.  Once you receive these forms, a one week turn around time will maintain the previously secured production slot. 

·       Returning the Sign-Off after one week period, will result in a change to the production slot.  

·       Both unique wood species and finish will add a week to the anticipated production time.   

Due to the uniqueness of each job, (custom components, spacer bars, ladders, etc) DWC does not start production until you have approved all of the information contained on the sign-off sheets.

This process ensures that we verify both what we plan to manufacture and the room and client’s needs coincide.
